Ben Russenholt

Ben has been certified and coaching figure and hockey/ringette power skating since 1987. With 38 years in the industry, he has coached countless young individuals through all facets and branches of their development. From minor hockey all the way to Junior, College and University teams worldwide, with some moving on to semi-pro and pro careers.
 
His approach is simple. By focusing on the basic fundamentals and ensuring proper technique, stance and weight distribution will allow hockey players to adapt to any and all changes in the skills needed to excel at an elite level.
 
Once players have mastered their skating, they can play the game and worry about their hands, the puck and their position without having to also think about their feet.
